Conspector was appointed to deliver FF&E mid-cycle refresh works to a suite of newly finished hotel bathrooms, upgrading wall-mounted fixtures across wash hand basin and shower areas to keep the rooms presenting to brand standard. The brief called for new fixtures to be installed cleanly and securely within finished, guest-facing spaces, without disturbing the surrounding high-specification finishes.
Working to that standard, Conspector replaced the existing fixtures with new wall-mounted units fixed securely through porcelain tiling. The result is a clean, consistent and hard-wearing fixture finish across every bathroom, with the existing porcelain and modern presentation fully protected throughout and each room returned guest-ready. The works demonstrate Conspector’s ability to carry out precise refresh works within finished, high-specification environments where protecting the existing finish is as important as the upgrade itself.
