Reception – Four Points Flex by Sheraton Edinburgh

Conspector was appointed to improve the appearance and finish of a hotel reception entrance area. The existing wall panel below the glazed balustrade had become tired and visually inconsistent with the surrounding reception finishes.
The works involved removing the existing wall panel, preparing the substrate through sanding and priming, and bonding LVT floor planks to the panel to create a cleaner, more durable finish. Aluminium trim was installed to the external corners, with silicone bead detailing completed to the balustrade track and floor abutments.
Additional finishing works included fixing a timber plate to the door entrance head. The completed works provided a neater, more robust finish to a high-traffic guest-facing area while tying in with the existing reception floor and entrance details.
